David Kemnitzer was Principal-in-Charge of the renovation of three historic barracks facing the Parade Ground.  Renovated buildings meet the current housing standards for the all volunteer army with two (2) person rooms with in-suite bathrooms.  All fire and life safety codes were met as well as current standards for HVAC, electricity and communications.
