Greg Powe assembled the team with local developer Kinsley Development and lead the successful RFP response for the first National Park Service Public/Private Venture, a visitor center for this Gettysburg National Military Park, including civil war museum, archives, information center, National Geographic cinema, gift shop and restaurant facilities. Greg identified the site and assembled the team including developer Kinsley Development, National Geographic Cinemas, the local tourism operator, a fundraising firm and sub-consultants, then managed the conceptual design of the complex.
