He is recognized as a strong proponent for vital "urban architecture" which not only creatively satisfies its internal functions but also contributes to creating great urban neighborhoods.  Greg is an effective design leader, managing large teams in the design of complex institutional and commercial projects. As Director of Architecture for one of North America’s largest developers, and as client representative for numerous public agencies and private institutions, Greg has successfully created numerous successful Public/Private Ventures, each of which has effectively satisfied public institutional real estate needs through private developer expertise.
