Greg Powe was Project Director for the design of this Public/Private Partnership with developer Campeau Corporation. This two million square foot project houses three Federal Agency headquarters office buildings for the Government of Canada and a luxury 270-room hotel and conference center complex. It was built utilizing a design/build process in only 30 months.
